  • Is there a cost for Delivery?

    Yes, the cost depends on what is rented, how far it is going, time of delivery, and any special venue circumstances (for example, stairs, elevators). We'll deliver your order to the venue and drop off 50ft from our delivery vehicle. Items will be picked up from the same location.

    We are based in Cerritos and deliver to surrounding cities like Downey in the north, Anaheim in the east, Long Beach in the south and Redondo Beach in the west. We pack our unique items and our team will deliver to your destination.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    You can pick up and return your order from our warehouse in Cerritos. You will need a proper vehicle in that it should comfortably hold rented items with enough cushioning around them. We will pack the items but you can bring your own blankets for extra padding. Be prepared to load and off load your vehicle.

  • Do we offer design and decorate an event?

    Yes, we offer design and planning of decor for your event. Additional charges apply. Our team will setup and breakdown decor we install. Contact us here

  • How long is the rental period?

    Items are rented for 1-3 days. Items must be returned by end of business on the third day to avoid incurring additional charges.

  • What are Damage Waiver Charges

    We charge a small 9% or a minimum of $1 per item damage waiver fee for the general maintenance of the item. This does not cover broken or stolen items. All broken items must be returned to us.
